AI & Virtual Artist Policy
Palm Tree labels virtual artist projects as virtual. AI-assisted methods do not remove the need to document human contribution, obtain permission for identifiable voices and likenesses, review rights and comply with platform rules. A virtual release is not presented as evidence of a human performance or biography.
